We are using AQL 2.5 for
Major/Minor Defects based on each customer's
requirements. We have very clear procedure
from development stage all the way to production
to ensure the quanlity standards.
From
time to time, approximately once every 2 months,
Q.C. personnel will be provided professional
training courses on New Quality Requirements for
particular customers, Fabric Inspection,
Techniques in Production Data Analysis and
Quality Management, etc., so that Q.C. can
improve their professional knowledge through
constant upgrading of their skills. For the
training, it will be according to the individual
requirement for the Q.C. concerned. Training is
sometimes general industry trends and sometimes
specific to a customer’s quality standard
requirements.
